We obtain this wonderful wine from a masterly mixture of different grapes in which Nebbiolo excels.

Composition:
Vine Barbera at least 85%; the difference may be composed of (black-berry) grapes, of one or more species, coming from species of grapevine recommended or authorised by the Province of Novara ( Piedmont ).

Recommended with:

- first courses
- cold meats and salami
- roast meat
- boiled meat

Serve at a temperature of 18 - 20 °C

Total alcoholic strength minimum 11%

Colour : Ruby red

Fragrance
: Dumb vinous

Flavor: dry sometimes crisp
